What the server keeps

The site runs behind Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary request logs for a short time to stop abuse: IP address, browser string and the page that was asked for. No analytics scripts run here, no ad networks, no social media pixels. The two typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when it sends the font files.

Accounts

Accounts are by email request. We keep the address you wrote from and the username you picked. The member list does not get sold or shared, and that includes the parts vendors who have already asked.

Posts

Posts are public and members quote each other. To get one of yours edited or pulled, write in from your registered address with the thread link and the post number. If somebody else quoted you, the quote stays in their post.

Cookies

These pages set no cookies of their own. Cloudflare may set its security cookie.
